Our stay in Hawera

Was lovely and clean. Everything was awesome. The only thing i would suggest would be to put an extractor fan in the bathroom. Service was wonderful and Cathrine was so bubbly and polite. Thank you for a awesome stay.

Room was ok, a reasonable standard for the price. Was quoted $142 on Expedia for 2 adults and a 3 year old child, was charged $152 being told they were doing me a favour not charging more for our child as room was for two (even though our Expedia search included all of us). This has never happened before, we travel a fair amount. I didn't argue at the time as I knew all other accommodation in the area was full.

The man we spoke to was so hard working and amazing! He was cleaning rooms, sorting our check in and looking after his kids all at the same time. He brought us an amazing breakfast in the morning, rooms were cleaned very well and warm. All the amenities worked perfectly and nice hot showers. Nice lil stop in between towns etc.

the staff was ok i did not use the cleaning service much.i had to ask for aera around the door to be cleaned of dog ends and ants. the spar was not clean and could not use it.myself and dog came back with fleas. there were lots of contractors leaving early and sitting out at night not what i was looking for. it was hard to contact the owner to book and talk to...thay did send my left t.bag thanks for that..it was over priced and not for me my a dog fle rule should aploy .

Our host was very friendly and welcoming, the 2 bedroom unit was clean and tidy. There's a playground and bbq facilities on the premises, and ample parking.
