Las instalaciones estan muy bien, el personal muy atento, queda cerca de lugares turísticos sin embargo los alrededores del lugar no son bonitos.

The host was welcoming and made herself very available to answer any questions we had about the area. She spoke very good English. She gave us a good dinner recommendation and a map of the city with points of interest we could check out. When we asked about the nightlife options, she made sure to ask her son and got back to us. This made us feel like she cared about making our trip worth it so we really appreciated the kindness. When we couldn’t find the host we asked the cleaning staff and had a pretty pleasant conversation through sign language because of the language barrier haha. They were very helpful and kind. The rooms were clean and had good AC. Comes with a safe too which was super nice. Breakfast was worth the early morning as she served us a plate of the freshest fruit we had on our trip as well as eggs and toast. She also helped us organize a taxi back to our resort since we didn’t have a Cuban SIM to make calls. Our taxi came a bit later than the checkout time so they allowed us to hang out in the kitchen area so we could escape the heat. The place is within walking distance to a large artisan market and some main attractions in old Havana. Overall, nice accommodations with a friendly staff.

La casa es hermosa por dentro y por fuera. La atención de Yuni y todos los demás fue increíble, gran hospitalidad. El cuarto es perfecto, limpio y cuenta con aire acondicionado. También la casa se encuentra muy bien situada y cerca de todo. Estuvimos muy cómodos excelente opción si viajas a La Habana.

Nos alojamos las primeras noches que estuvimos en Cuba, y fue fantástico. Habitación y zonas comunes limpias, además realizan limpieza diaria de la habitación. El desayuno era completo y bueno (zumo de guayaba u otras frutas, huevos, pan, fruta variada, café o te, …). Yuli es muy amable y te resuelve cualquier duda que tengas. La localización nos gustó porque está en Habana Vieja, pero fuera de las calles principales y turísticas, eso permite tranquilidad y restaurantes de calidad a buen precio cerca. Muchas gracias!

Очень рад, что остановился здесь, в самом центре исторической части Гаваны. Везде можно было пройтись пешком. Проживание здесь стало самой приятной частью моей поездки в Гавану. Персонал очень приятный, все готовы помочь мне организовали по запросу трансфер из аэропорта и обратно. Завтраки тоже очень классные. Огромное вам спасибо за гостеприимство

Casa situata nella old town dell'Avana, in una posizione molto comoda per visitare le principali attrazioni della città. Wifi gratuito. Camera spaziosa e pulita. Colazione deliziosa. La proprietaria Yari è stata straordinariamente accogliente, prodiga di consigli e disponibile per qualunque eventualità. Esperienza indimenticabile!

It was a wonderful experience. I was especially delighted by the friendliness of the hostess, who prepared a wonderful breakfast, despite the very early hour. It was also a great location within walking distance of the main attractions. The room was clean and everything worked properly. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

Excelente estadia em Havana
Fomos recepcionados pelo Yuni, que nos ajudou com tudo, desde informações sobre a cidade, até reservas de táxi. A casa é muito limpa, camas confortáveis, chuveiro quente, wifi, muito boa estrutura e bem no coração de Habana Vieja. O café da manhã preparado com carinho, simples, gostoso, suficiente e nutritivo para começar o dia!

It was a treat to have a bidet attachment in the bathroom. It was wonderful to have a laundry service available that was not only quick but done with care.

Bad area, no signal inside at all, rude host
There is never an excuse to be rude to your guests like this woman, I’ve travelled all over the world and am always a respectful guest, I’ve never been treated like this by such an angry person. Be very careful in this area, everyone we spoke to couldn’t believe we were staying there. People followed us in the street they got very close and I think we’re trying to pick pocket us. Nothing like the pictures, it’s like a room opening onto an alley , so noisy, no internet connection in the room even with a local SIM card, you have to go outside to get any signal , and I wouldn’t advise to exchange money with this lady you get a very bad rate, we changed for 235 with her and then got 280 elsewhere.

Hola! We are very sorry that you felt like that. Nontheless, this review has things that arent fair, and we cant let it go as we did with your companions review. Our casa is located on the very historical site of Habana. The area is as safe as the rest of the patrimonial zone. We find curious that having local friends you felt so unsecure. The internet connection in Cuba is regulated by a government agency. The service is not the best, that is true. In addition, signal for cuban SIM cards simply won't go in bottom floors of big structures. It has absolutely nothing to do with us. Customers tend to understand the particularity of internet speed in a place like Cuba. The currency exchange rate is great! The double of the official one. Happens to be that you found a better rate with a friend, with no taxes to pay for the service, not to say that the bills are not controlled pre-service and they could be fake or damaged. Regarding our main host character, I find, as have the 99% of our customers, very hard to believe that she was rude to you in such a way. This is not my concern, for that is a very relative thing to experience. I'm sorry that you find it that way. And woman, our house is beautifull . Stay well, keep traveling and enjoy places with their natural features. Best regards.

Dangerous area, horrible room and nasty host
This lady was so rude to us she made us feel so uncomfortable it really did ruin our stay. First of all my friend called the 24 hour customer helpline through hotels.com at 1am, as she was arriving late and couldn’t contact me due to there being absolutely no internet connection inside the room because it’s kind of like a prison cell. They called her and woke her, obviously we were blamed for this but weren’t to know they would call her!! From then on she had it in for us and was so spiteful. She didn’t tell me what time breakfast was or it was included, obviously my friend had arrived past 1am so we weren’t likely to be up and ready, the people next to us also weren’t ready by 9am, so she hammered on the door, raising her voice, stomping around, she made a point of saying 3 times how she wouldn’t serve us food past 9am again, even though we already apologised and explained we didn’t know what time it was or that we were even having breakfast! She tried to take our plates whilst we were still eating, told my friend ‘put your phone down and eat’. She arrived at 1am with no internet to let her family know she was ok, she took the chance to message them whilst she could and was scolded like a child. We have a friend in Havana and he knocked the door to see us and they just turned him away didn’t even tell us until later that he came. Just so nasty and we were so patient and polite to her. The area is really dangerous even the tour guide said he was shocked we were staying there

Zentrumsnah und sehr zu empfehlen!
Die Unterkunft liegt in der Altstadt. Wir, als Paar haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, Zimmer ohne Fenster, wie in Cuba üblich, sauber, schönes Bad. Frühstück war in Ordnung, Yuni und Ihre Mitarbeiterin waren jederzeit für Fragen und Hilfen offen. Einfach ansprechen! Bei Rückreise wird das Gepäck aufbewahrt. Wir danken Dir yuni, herzlichst Sabine und Gerhard!

Yuni es la mejor anfitriona, muy cercana nos ayudó con todas nuestras dudas. El desayuno muy rico y completo. Las habitaciones siempre muy limpias, con aire acondicionado. Nos entregó un mapa de la ciudad que nos sirvió de mucho. Totalmente recomendable, nos sentimos en casa.

Spotlessly clean and well taken care of. Nice spacious rooms, great location just a few minutes walk from Plaza Vieja. Juni was very friendly and offered to arrange transport from the airport before we arrived. She gave us tips about the area and where to eat and walk. Breakfast is included and it’s very tasty, including eggs, bread, fruit, juice, and tea or coffee. We loved our stay so much we rebooked for when we returned to Havana. Thank you!

This property is located in Old Havana and is very near all historical sites. Despite Old Havana having been neglected for more than half a century, Casa mi Tierra is very well kept, extremely cleaned and very quiet. A safe heaven in this city.
