The property is located in the center of Havana so most of the top spots of the city are in walking distance. The room was very quiet with a spacious outdoor private bathroom. The staff was exceptional and very helpful. I recomend this property.

The staff were exceptional. I got a infection inmy leg and they took me to the hospital and helped me through the process then looked after me for 2 days without hesitation. Just great.

Nice old style property,good value,staff helpful and reasonable breakfast for the price,immediate area is dirty,piles of rubbish but only a short walk to the nicer parts of old havana, would stay again if ever we came back.

This is not a hotel, no reception, t.v. broked , shower broked ....nothing, the neighborhood full of garbage, very dangerous. Don't send anybody there.

Thank you very much for your comment, But we don't understand how you can be so dishonest and talk like that. Firstly, you know that the television and the shower work perfectly, what need do you have to lie about it? Our house is in a very safe and quiet neighborhood, it is very racist of them to say that it is a dangerous neighborhood just because Cuba is a poor country and so are its people, Before traveling to a destination you should find out about it. You also looked for some friends in Cuba that were really worrying. We do not understand the need or the purpose of this extremely unfair comment towards us. You criticized even Varadero, which is paradise, you really come predisposed from home and with very bad energy. You have to put your heart into Cuba. We hope your life goes very well!

In the Caribbean, when it rains, the rain is very strong and noisy, even with tropical storms, we regret that this has been an inconvenience for you, and that you came to Cuba on a time when it was raining a lot. The measurements of the room and its size are in the description, what a shame I still believed it was bigger, if it were bigger it wouldn't cost so cheap. Maria e il ragazzo sono stati molto gentili, peccato però che la stanza fosse molto umida ( si è bagnata la roba della valigia) , c'era pochissimo spazio, anche per le valigie . C'era una finestra che dava su una sorta di cortiletto ma che non consentiva la aereazione della stanza.Su 3 notti hanno sostituito gli asciugamani solo chiedendo. Molto rumorosa.

An ok hotel located close to the center or in the center, depending on what the center is. A street with a lot of rubbish, but there is a lot of that in the whole of Havana. The hotel has an ok standard, good air conditioning which is needed. Rooms without windows are not my favorite. Wifi for a few hours every day which was ok. What made the stay so good was without a doubt the 2 employees. Full of joy and smiles, and always ready to help, it was the best part of my stay.

El hotel esta bien, pero lo que es genial es el staff. Rey es una persona superamable y nos dio mucha confianza; su amabilidad es recalcable. Nuestra habitación era más pequeña de lo que pensamos pero no era grave. El baño tenia un olor poco agradable cuando llegamos, como a caño. Los controles del aire acondicionado y televisor no funcionaban bien en principio, pero Rey supo resolverlo todo a la brevedad.

everything about this hotel was really awesome!:) it's really quiet although it's in the center of Havana. it was really clean and comfortable. breakfests were delicious!:) and the location is pretty cool - the coast is only 2 minutes of walking. we've really enjoyed this stay there, i truly recommend it!

El hotel es maravilloso, pero lo que lo hace màs maravilloso aùn es la atenciòn del personal Iomary y Rey son bellìsimas personas cuidaron tanto de nosotros y lo hablo en todo el sentido de la palabra siempre estaban pendientes de nuestra proteccion que tuvieramos la informaciòn adecuada transporte informaciòn conveniente sobre precios, tours. Lo recomendo totalmente les aconsejo a todo el que los visite que coordienen con ellos sobre transporte eso les ahorrara una gran cantidad de dinero. Nos vamos felices y con deseos de volver a hospedarnos.

Altamente recomendable. Próximo puntos de interés para ir caminando. El edificio es una joya, con elementos arquitectónicos tradicionales bien conservados. En planta baja conectada por una terraza. Habitación básica pero con encanto y confortable. Baño amplio, tv, mininevera, aire acondicionado, ventilador y cama cómoda. Muy limpia y silenciosa (se agradece el descansar). Los administradores Iomary y Reimond son excepcionales. Reservamos las 2 primeras noches, por la experiencia repetimos para los últimos días en La Habana. Aparte del trato, nos facilitaron aspectos que nos resultan muy útiles en los viajes. Y más en destinos con cierta complejidad cómo Cuba. Tras reservar desde España, enviaron un mail con indicaciones sobre el cambio, la opción de enviar un coche, etc. Llegamos de noche al alojamiento, la acogida de Iomari genial, además de eficiente y profesional. El desayuno es completo y variado: zumo natural, fruta de temporada, café, pan, queso, jamón, tortilla. El otro administrador Raimond, es agradable y culto, conoce bien la historia y cómo moverse. Su predisposición para ayudar nos facilitó mucho la fluidez con gestiones necesarias, desde el cambio, transporte, visitas culturales... y hasta acertó con la recomendación a mi marido para disfrutar de la música. Realmente es una maravilla viajar y tener una experiencia así con el alojamiento. Son una parte positiva de nuestra estancia en Cuba.

Me and a friend arrived very late and still were greeted by the most kind and helpful woman, who still checked us in at like 2 in the morning even though it seemed like we didn't have a reservation. The personal is so very friendly and will help with anything you ask for. Our now friend Reiner did not hesitate to help us out with everything we could think of , one of the kindest, most polite and helpful people I have meet in my years of traveling. Even when we were checked out , we could still reach out to him and he and the management would try everything so help us out. Truly a great place to stay with the best personal !
