"It was clean but very dated. Breakfast the first day was half a block away. The second day it was at least on the property. Our room smelled like cigarettes. We left one day early because the febreeze they gave us didn’t help. No refund or discount."

"The rooms are fine. Everything is old and tired, and the bed was not very comfortable. The base of the bed was broken on one side, so every time I would get out of bed, the metal frame would make a loud "pop", which is not very pleasant for those who were sleeping. Rooms are non-smoking, but because the carpets/walls in the rest of the property have not been replaced in quite some time, the entire hotel reeks of cigarette smoke. The woman who checked us in (nametag was obscured) was not very hospitable. "

"The property was conveniently located for trips into Bryce (about an 8-minute drive). The room was clean and quiet."

"We advised the front desk we would arrive late, so they made arrangements for us! We felt it was good value for what we paid. And the distance to Brice Park front gate was maybe 10 minutes. "
