"We stayed at a room with type "Classic Suite, Private Bathroom" for one night in July. The room is too small for 4 people. Smell coming out from shower sink. The day of our stay it was quite hot and there was a vantilator in the room that was not working well and unfortunately the staff was not able to find an alternative solution. "Situated at the end of the pedestrian zone - very convenient and walkable. The staff was friendly and helpful, parking was also fairly close by. The room was large, modern, clean and quiet. We enjoyed our time in Heidelberg and would certainly stay here again! "
