"There was no one at the front desk when we arrived, and no service bell. We asked for a cot to be in our room, we did not receive one. The floors are dirty around/behind/under the beds. The spring frame of the mattress is exposed and uncomfortable on the edge of the bed."

"The room Smelled terrible like mildew and smoke ,. I complained and they sent some one to Sanitize the room it didn’t help any . Woke up the next morning with severe allergies red itchy eyes . Was very un happy with the room after paying $569 for one night never again"

"The room was great! Very clean and comfortable. Navigating around the building was complicated (signs would be nice), and the elevator and halls weren’t always the most tidy. Location was perfect. Easy access to coffee shop, within walking distance to College Park Center. Would stay here again."

"We really enjoyed our stay. We somehow booked 2 queens instead of a king and we called down to see if switching rooms was possible. Not only were they happy to make the change, they told us to stay there and they would bring us the new key to save us the trouble of going down stairs in the Texas ..."
