"Enjoyed the hot tub. Delicious full English breakfast 200 yards away at the Burnside Hotel. Great choice of food at the village pub, The Belll. Arrived at check in time of 4pm and had to call the number to get owner to let us into room. Hard to get shower colder, owner let us use upstairs bathroom meant for another (vacant) room instead. Very clean and well kept property. "

"The accommodation had everything what I needed. Town centre, but quiet street, very close to the theatre. The room is nice and clean, and again had everything for overnight stay. My window was out to the back, so very quiet. Definitely will use again."

The property was located just 5 minutes from Warwick town centre, it was clean & had a lovely atmosphere."

"This guest house was superbly clean, comfortable and warm. Travelled with two other adults and had a spacious room which could easily have taken 4. We were welcomed by Lucy who instantly made us feel at home in Green Haven and the local area. Short distance from the town centre and theatre. Although on a main road was surprisingly quiet. Highly recommend it. Will definitely return. "
