"The Harrogate inn was excellent, the room was very clean, staff were very helpful and friendly. The food in the restaurant was excellent. Good central location. All in all we enjoyed our stay at the Harrogate inn."

"Very helpful staff to pre-book parking (a real bonus in Harrogate!) and have the space reserved. Check in process was very quick and slick. Room was clean, comfortable, and great value for the price!"

"Great service, polite and attentive staff. Fantastic breakfast. Clean room and pool facilities."

"We love this hotel and the history attached to it. We stayed when there was a murder mystery event happening. We thoroughly enjoyed seeing the actors and participants dressed up! The receptionist was not warm or helpful in her greeting and the room was cold until the heating came on in the evening. However we will return for the history and convenience of position and for our nostalgia attached to the hotel."

"Lovely hotel with friendly professional staff. Food was delicious. Great central location. Have stayed here before and will stay again. Highly recommend."

"On the plus side, the bathroom was very clean. On the downside, there was no hot water in the shower. There was no alarm clock, or any clock, anywhere. There were no kleenex. The ceiling in the bedroom had water damage. The "hotel" had no staff. There was a number to call with questions, but nobody answered. Breakfast had to be ordered at booking, but they didn't tell you that at booking, but you could only book breakfast at a time no one else booked. Overall, not very welcoming -- when...

"Opposite a Tesco and McDonalds which is handy - good location for bars and restaurants"

"Lovely staff lovely place staying again at the end odf this month and will be staying regular for work cheap roomy and lovely shower gel and shampoo clean room worth the price i paid if not more lovely and welcoming manager"

"Overall atmosphere was one of the best experienced. A 3 night stop. A busy , successful country pub, restaurant, party venue does create a few problems of wear. Which will need addressing fairly soon. Certainly recommend."

"The room was really clean, a bit small but really nice. Parking was easy, within a few minutes walk from hotel. Kim was lovely, she made us feel really welcome. Its a shame that they dont do breakfast anymore but we took cereal and also went to wetherspoon which was just down the road. We had a fabulous 3 days."
