Let me say that pool closed on website. We are motel/hotel, not restaurant. And price we charge for rent is very low, IF you are really want not breakfast find other place who charge you 100 . When she checked in, we already said that If you don't want to stay, we are happy to cancel without charge, but she want to stay because she knew that this is the best place for the price she paid.

Let me says that you should come to front desk, if you have any problem with room or service to make your stay comfortable.

Asap You have problem when you checked in, you should come to front before using room and ask refund. You wasted your night for counting the problems, even some problems are not even effected to your stay. You considered people who were staying in room are Vagrants, you should stay at home.

We give in breakfast that advertised. For hot breakfast, you should pay somewhere around 150.00. Either you save money and use it in nice restaurant. or eat some frozen hotel hot breakfast.

Who tried to reservation with declined credit card? Make sure give valid card. That is the reason the reservation was canceled and you paid more because you were paying current check in rate. Very simple you don't have to says who's fault
