You get what you pay for. The room was dirty. The sheets were not clean. There were holes in the walls. The fire alarm had and pulled off the wall.

Disgusting and unsafe! Won’t give me my money back and I couldn’t even stay there. There was no lock on the door, glass on the floor, dried blood, beds were stained and disgusting, smelled horrible. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

As soon as I walked into the room the smell of smoke overpowered my nose. The door latch lock was broken. The sheets had cigarette holes. Outside it smelled like weed throughtout the hallways. At this my pount my allergies are fully acting up due to the cigarette stench. I def want a refund.

When I showed up I found they had me booked for the night before. They wanted to charge 25 dollars extra for the room because of a rate change. While sitting in my car trying to solve the problem kids were wrestling on my car and dented to fender. I was surrounded by residents that I believe were permanent and made me feel unsafe. I lost 69.00 on this deal. Don't go here.

People are obviously living at this facility. The hallway smells horrible and people are leaving their garbage in the hallway. They also leave their bikes in the hallway or in the parking lot to make it difficult to drive through the parking area. I did not feel safe at all at this facility and I would like a refund immediately

It seems like most people staying lived there. While there someone stole my husbands medicine in a mater of 2 hrs of checking in. We had to turn around and leave after driving 2 hrs and go home. The room was supposed to be a king supreme but was awful. Mattress was old and could feel the springs. I absolutely do not recommend this a place to stay for anyone.

It really is a terrible place and nothing like the pictures on the website. Very dirty and smells very bad. I showed up with a confirmed booking and was told no room is available. Then eventually the staff gave me a room key and when I went to the room someone was staying there. Excuse given yo me was that “someone forgot to update the computer”. Properties like these should not be on the Orbitz platform. I have been a user of this platform for 10 years but will really think twice before using Orbitz again.

Toilet bowl runs water all day & night. Ice machine broke. Beds not made. I asked on 2nd day for towels, found towels hanging outside room on door handle. sink faucet loose. cabinet missing drawer. I cannot walk good I called and requested first floor room 3 days earlier and told room would be held for me on first floor level. The room (first floor) not available when arriving. I was given upgrade room and paid cash extra for upgrade room.

It's disappointing because you don't get what's advertised. I had to reactivate my key card 8 times in 7 days. No access to Drinking water, No coffee bar like on the website, and a smoky-smelling room in a smoke-free hotel... There is McDonalds, Dollar Tree and few restaurants just beside which is convenient to grab the things you need...

I had stayed in this property in the past, but the state of the property has declined. Siding is falling off the building, exterior doors have paint missing, scratched off, grates for AC vents smashed in. Ice machine did not work. Interior room had scuffs on walls. A chair looked like it had been picked up at a garage sale. We had an accessible room which functioned but we had no counter space for toiletries etc nor table/desk inside room. The front desk people were nice and helpful. When we arrived we had no towels in our room. He apologized and quickly found us some. Access to the area is ok - our objective was Hersheypark. Rooms in Hershey proper are outrageous. It is fairly easy to drive from here to Hersheypark. There is an excellent restaurant across the street named Gilligan’s. We won’t stay here again, would stay in the area to eat there again. The Capitol Diner next door is pretty good too.

They double charged the room, sold my reservation, they said they give me an update but required an extra fee. The whole place smells of strong tobacco and urine. The beds were stained. We immediately turned around and walk right out. We are requesting a refund from both the property and Expedia since we are double charged.

I am not the type to write comments. I’m the type if I order food and my order is wrong I won’t say anything and just eat the food. But my stay was horrible. The property looked NOTHING like the pictures. Upon arrival there are windows and areas around the property that are duct tapped together. When I got in my room, the sheets and pillow cases had hair all over it and stains and holes. The hand towels had black stuff and a dried up substance on it. We had to ask for new linen and towels. A lot of the rooms had people that actually lived there. At night they were very loud, yelling and playing music all hours throughout the night. Someone broke a window and glass was all over the side walk. They cleaned up the glass and tapped the window up with cardboard. In our room the ac unit was tapped up with electrical tape. The dresser in our room had a missing drawer. The toilet didn’t flush properly. I could go on and on. I would never come back here and I honestly want my money back. If corporate knew how this specific location looked and was ran they would not be happy and would do something about it. The only nice thing I can assay about my stay is that the staff was nice. That’s it.

I did not stay at the property because I drove up to see numerous piles of trash and cigarette butts, torn curtains in the windows and sketchy men walking around the parking lot. Men had their doors open and were lying on their beds in their underwear. I felt that it was too unsafe for me to stay there as a woman. I will not be booking through Expedia again as I feel that the ratings did not come close to reflecting the actual quality of the motel.

When we checked into our room the comforters were stained on both beds. One bed the sheets were stained but also looked like they weren't changed because there was red stuff all over them. I called to the front desk and had them bring new bedding up. The ceilings and walls had marks all over them. There was a dirty towel in the bathroom. The whole place was run down, dirty and gross. I have never had a bad experience at a red roof until this stay.

This was an absolutely discussing property. carpets were stained and dirty our room had no door on the bathroom and when we said we were not going to stay the receptionist said we would get a refund and to just let Expedia know that she okayed it and when Expedia called to verify that she said no that they weren't giving us a refund because we were offered another room and didn't take it. We did say no to the other room because it would have been discussing also. We were charge over a $109 for this room. Stay clear of this place.
