"Lovely spot with a water view. Rooms are clean and the bed is cozy and warm. ( we visited in the spring) Easy check in with key pad for main door and the room. Phone number available if there are any problems. Lovely common living room with coffee and tea. Continental breakfast left for guest in their room. Restaurant is just steps away outside and down the stairs. Delicious food and great vibe"

"Inexpensive and d walkable to most all amenities. I ended up using a laundromat tgat is 20 minutes walking distance as the laundry facilities here required a $10 credit card that is purchased in another building."

"Amazing motel, it;s quiet and tranquil with amazing views morning, noon and night. The staff is incredible and go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable."

"The room had a strong perfume smell causing my allergies to flare. The building and surrounding area was in need of cleanup and maintenance. We were informed at the time of checkin that parking was $20/night which was not advertised on the website. The bedding was stained. The lodging was more like a hostel than a hotel."

"We stayed at this property ahead of moving our son into his university dorm. It was a perfect location, easy to get everywhere and a grocery store only a 5 minute walk. There was plenty of room to store our things and we really appreciated the covered car port. The house was very clean and the owners responsive. We would not hesitate to stay here again. My only suggestion to future guests would be to bring some sugar packets if you like it in your coffee :)"

"Great character of the building and land. But we were only given 1 small tube of soap for 2 people to cover the sink and shower. When we asked for a second tube, we were told they only ordered 1 per room"
