"Small rooms, kids running around without parent supervision, thin walls can hear everything. Pool is small, kids in the gym without supervision or treat it like a playground. Breakfast was not good. Water filter wasn't the best. Staff was nice. "

"Booked room that stated sleeps five people, that was not the case. The room had 2 double beds and that's it. After asking the front desk if this was a mistake with the booking, he explained that all the rooms are the same and all only have 2 double beds. Had to purchase an air mattress.. "

"I'm not sure why this is considered a resort. It's basically a nice hotel with an indoor and outdoor pool, a restaurant and that's about it. A lot of conference rooms etc. The indoor pool (nice) was on the other side of the hotel. Everyone had to walk back and forth across the lobby to get to the indoor pool... in their bathing suits... in front of everyone, when there are conferences going on. (imagine after being in the pool walking across in wet bathing suits and towels... pretty embarrassing). I thought there would be a gift shop or something but nothing. It's not a resort by definition, it's a nice hotel with a pool. Lots of conferences and events for professionals. I wouldn't recommend it for a family vacation. "

I check into my room to see there’s already someone staying there, literally walked into a room with people changing clothes…I go to the front desk to get a refund, I was told to contact Expedia, then after contacting Expedia, Expedia told me the hotel has to refund me…by far the worse hotel in HBG, PA! I’m from there so i know….wont ever consider this place, and I’m deleting the Expedia app! "
