"**Terrible Experience – Absolutely No Customer Service!** The room was nice, but unfortunately, that's where the positive experience ended! Earlier in the evening, I called the hotel and explained that my wife and daughter would be arriving late due to work issues. The woman at the front desk assured me it was no problem, took my wife's name, and said she would be expecting her. Well, apparently that conversation never happened! When my wife arrived, the gentleman at the front desk REFUSED...

"It was great"

"The staff was as helpful as they could be, given the tools at their disposal. The rooms had no place for storing clothes. The closet had only three hinges and no shelves for storage. The is also dress to store clothing. This was a first, to have no pace to store clothing for a three night stay. This is the first hotel I have stayed in that did not have a coffee maker in the room. This was disturbing, and extremely inconvenient for guest to have to go down to the dining area for their first cup...

"very unfriendly front desk clerk"

"Room and hallway smelled horrible, dirt on photo on wall, trash on floor, tile in bathroom on floor was broken, bath rug was stained and no soap in shower"

"The price was right for a one night stay. Nothing extra really needed. Bed good, shower hood, pillows were just weird? What I didn’t like was the feeling of they have given up on this property. Kinda sad. Carpet stained, hand truck left just off the elevators for the hours we were there. Elevators were just there for one purpose. Holes left in the wall from previous signage, tracks dirty. This can be the first impression of the hotel after the lobby. Overall the hotel needs attention."

"Very clean, comfortable beds, great breakfast and the staff was amazingly friendly and helpful! Will stay again!!"

"Everything was great overall! The only downside was the room, which definitely could have been cleaner."

"Was not enough wash towels, shower liner was unclean. Soap dispenser would not dispense the soap. The breakfast was great. Staff was friendly."

"The bed was terrible, it was literally a soft mattress like wore out soft. I see. 10 roaches during my stay I was scared to close my eyes ,I would not and will not recommend this place"

"Pool area is great and the pool bar drinks were very good and not too expensive! Our teenagers enjoyed their $2 cokes also. Liked they had the specialty non alcoholic drinks for $5! Staff was very friendly and helpful."

"The room was clean, staff helpful with the standard continental breakfast bar."

"Everything was cool. Only thing I didn't like was seeing a couple of small roaches in the bathroom. And in the bed area. Other than that, everything else was cool"
