"For the price of our stay the floors in our hotel room were filthy.. our bathroom shower curtain had mold spots, the bathroom tub outside of the bottom had mold on the caulking. All appliances were wore down and not properly sanitized. Their hotel restaurant was extremely over priced for knock off sea food and pasta dishes that you can make better at home basically it was all frozen food and pop into the oven… again for the price of the hotel I would say this was my worst stay by far… the views were nice though!"

"Traveling alone for the first time, i wasnt expecting anything super nice as im only 18 and hotel options are limited. But the moment i arrived at Bilmar, the staff were very welcoming and gave my friend and i an amazing experience. They treated us as they would any other adult, and gave it their best effort to give us a 5 star experience. The hotel itself was very clean and well kept, our room was beautiful and neat, the entertainment and lounge areas were beautiful, the hotel had many attractions fit for various ages, and the beach was only a couple minutes away. If i could recommend any stay for younger adults, this would be the first place i recommend!"

"Elevator was broken for 24hr. We were on the 6th floor. No other options available. Thankfully we were capable to do the stairs, but some guests were not. Pool and hot tub were amazing!! Bar/restaurant were nice and convenient. We had a great view."

"Staff has not been helpful at all trying to locate a very important dress I left in the room. I have been trying to contact the hotel and they keep sending me to a website that basically I have to submit a respuestas. However, I did submit it and I have not heard anything from anyone. It’s been almost a week and I haven’t heard back from anyone . I tried calling again to the hotel and they just keep sending me back for the website. This is not a huge hotel and they should know who cleaned the room the day I left. What is the problem to just ask the housekeeping who cleaned the room? They keep giving me the runaround and won't give me any explanation at all as to who found the dress. At this point I will say the housekeeping just kept it for them. SO be very careful when you check out from this hotel. Another problem was the checkout which was not very pleasant."

"The room was okay, elevators were down with only 1 working causing lots of delays. We were on the 7th floor. The beaches were awesome and staff was friendly. However, they over charged me nearly $700. When I called to dispute they claimed it wasn’t them but it clearly was, so now my Credit Card company has to dispute it. So please pay close attention to all the charges."
