A nice touch was there was a nightshift person who introduced themselves to me and told me to ring anytime if any issues. "Outside of hotel is a little tired. Very tired in some places. Corridors looked dated. So a pleasant surprise when I opened the door to the room and it was spotlessly clean, modern decor and cute accessories. Really modern TV too. Breakfast was fine. Didn’t blow us away but had everything you need. Tea, coffee, juice, cereal, toast and a few standard English cooked options. Staff were lovely and helpful. "
