We stayed for four nights in late-September 2025. We had a really great time. The staff was unbelievably courteous and helpful and the hotel facilities were first rate. Vietnam appears to be a lovely country to visit and the staff at the hotel did their country proud.

Amazing stay. Staff went extra mile every time. Room was lovely but the staff are what make it so amazing. Will be hard to beat their customer service anywhere else in Hanoi. We were due to go on a cruise in ha long bay however due to the Typhoon, this was cancelled last minute and the staff were very helpful finding us alternative plans.

The service was fantastic. I ate at the restaurant on the 11th floor for lunch and enjoyed a good tenderloin. The room was well prepared when I arrived. I had no issues on check-in or check-out. The location is fantastic if you’re looking to stay in the old quarter which has a great vibe.

The hotel is beautiful, clean and the service is amazing. It’s located in the old quarters so you need to be prepared for a busy and loud street. But once you enter the hotel, it’s feels like you walked in a completely different place

The people were exceptionally nice knowledgeable and kind. Ask Ms Julie for her food recommendations she got us a table at Michelins star restaurant within a night of my casually talking about it. But her street food recommendations were off the track and soooo good. Super convenient location. Three weeks felt like an afternoon.

Oasis in the City

Hotel was great! Oasis in the middle of a very bustling, crazy and tough city! Room was great, pool was good. But all in the city so everything was a bit small (I'm 6"4 and was with my family...maybe we were too big : )... Really liked Sophie, she saw to all of our needs, but all of the staff were great and keen to help!

Wish we had booked for longer.

A beautiful hotel in the middle of the French quarter, easy walking distance to lake and cathedral. All the staff were so accommodating and also welcoming. Breakfast is not to be missed !! Seriously if you can’t find something to eat in the morning that’s on you. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful hotel!

We would stay here again anytime. The decor, the food, the drinks, the rooms and the staff. They were so helpful when I need medical emergency help, and got hospitalized, and were so attentive to my daughter that had to stay there alone two nights. Can really recommend!!

Beautiful hotel and friendly, efficient staff. Fabulous location, just set back from the street, amazing breakfast and spotlessly clean. We’d stay here again. There’s some building work around the hotel which finishes around 8/8.30pm but it didn’t disturb us - you’re in the centre of a very busy city so to be expected.
