The service was outstanding the moment we walked in. The door staff helped guide our Grab to pick us up, helped us arrange a package delivery, accommodated all our requests, and even made recommendations for dinner and directions how to walk. Our room was very classy although a bit small as the bathroom shared the same space as the bed with a thin curtain. The “city view” was mostly building roofs, but was quite aesthetic at night. Also, nearby rooftop bars or the hotel’s own bar play loud music until around 10pm, but hotel included good earplugs if you want to sleep early. The pool is connected to the public rooftop bar. It is very large and infinity.

Super hotel. Great breakfast. Good sized room. Valentines evening, with special gifts, a nice gesture. Pool area with infinity pool, which for obvious reasons has limited space. Exceptional service by all staff, from housekeeping to hospitality and concierge staff members. Great views from room very clean and very comfortable bed and great air conditioning. We were easily able to get to everywhere we wanted by foot most of the time. Excellent buffet breakfast was included.

Close to the main tour areas.two blocks from hop on hop off bus. Two blocks from Mt Notre Dame. 6 blocks from war museum. Very close to all the different types of food plus great restaurants on site. A tremendous rooftop bar.

The Hotel des Arts Saigon is the quintessence of gracious service set in a breathtaking tableau. The staff was solicitous, kind and efficient. The breakfast service was delectable, the service impeccable, the setting memorable. Bravo! Bravo!
