After 19.00 the market will be closed, everything will be a bit quiet but still extremely safe like we have been here for the past 5 years. I'm very sorry because the day you check in, it has been raining all day, and the street hasn't been dry yet, so the entrance can be a bit messy. I understand how did you feel when the first day of the trip, everything did not reach your expectation.We know our weakness is location. Cars cannot be parked in front of the door during the day, so we always send a letter to guests when booking and before check-in to inform them of a convenient location where the car can stop easily, with the hotel's phone number so that guests can be supported any time. Moreover, we always have Front Desk Staff to assist customers every time. Besides, opposite our hotel is Food street, a famous BBQ food street in Hanoi with a lot of attractive local dishes, which foreigners love very much. I will recall our front desk who should provide more restaurants close by for customers.Because we know our weaknesses, we are always extremely careful when preparing the room before and during the guest's stay. After receiving your feedback about the room, I met with the housekeeping staff to make sure they must take extra care during the cleaning process, and check all towels before leaving them in the guest’s room.Moreover, we have offered a much lower price than other hotels in the same area. Because we really want to bring fairness to our dear customers.
