Great customer service from all the staff members. Great location and several dining options. Best part, you can book all your tours at the hotel. I will definitely stay there again.

Lily was incredibly helpful before our trip, helping us to arrange taxis for pick-up and drop-off at the airport, as well as a day trip to Ha Long Bay.

Amazing Hotel in the heart of Ha Noi
We loved our stay at the Golden Moon! It’s in a great location within walking distance to practically anything we wanted. Lily was amazing and helped us book a trip to Ha Long Bay, as well as provide airport accommodation. Everyone we interacted with was extremely kind and helpful. We will definitely stay again if we return!

Book now and enjoy your stay, close to the lake
Front desk staff SoLong was so very helpful nd had a great memory. She would remember what time you were to be picked up and where you were going. She was able to track down a phone number and male calls for us when we were missing the info on our booking. Elevator is great when you have luggage, easy to get around from this location

Staff was okay. Room had mold growing on walls. When I complained staff offered me some tea. I chose the balcony room as reccomended by lonely planet but view was just okay and showed the alley below. Also shower was not hot.

We had a wonderful time. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, close to the lake and all the tourists attractions. The room was spacious. I would highly recommend this hotel.

좋아요. 친절하고 깔끔해요. 아쉬운건 수압뿐인데 생활하는데 문제 없어요. 팁은 자유인데, 주실거면 1층 프런트에있는 팁 박스에 넣어주시면 돼요. 조식 맛있고 7층 식당 뷰도 좋아요. 위치도 여행하기 딱 좋아요. 가성비 최고!

We liked this cityhotel in the middle of the old quarter a lot. Lily helped us to make our stay very complete with recommandations in Hanoi and making transferbookings to our next stay.

Cute hotel in a great location!
I enjoyed staying here! The room was super clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a buffet plus a made to order entree - both pretty good. The staff are at the reception 24/7 which was helpful for our 4am check out. The hotel is in a cute alleyway surrounded by a bunch of restaurants and a 10 minute walk from the lake and bustling streets. Would recommend!

I love the people here. They are kind, helpful, compassionate, and always smiling :). This is my second time here in Hanoi and I always book at Golden Moon so I can see my sister Lily, brother Chang, Son and his wife, the Awesome Chef on the 7th floor. 밤 늦게 도착하니 문이 닫혀 있어 당황했는데 벨을 누르니 문을 열어주더군요. 방은 작지만 깨끗합니다. 날씨가 후덥지근해서 그런지 침대가 약간 눅눅한끼가 있습니다. 아무래도 하노이 날씨가 그래서겠죠.. 전체적으로 괜찮은 편이며, 아침 조식은 간단하게 먹을만 합니다. 조식은 큰 기대는 마시길. 바로 근처에 분짜닥킴이 있어요.

Idéalement situé au coeur de la vieille ville il est possible de tout visiter à pied si on aime un peu marcher... très confortable notre chambre semblait être refaite à neuf depuis peu. Nous n'avons par contre pas utilisé les services proposés par l'hôtel (agence voyage..). Absolument pas bruyant bien que notre chambre donne sur la rue. À partir de 22h il n'y a plus grand monde. Je recommande vivement rapport qualité prix très avantageux.

Absolutely Satisfied!!
During my trip in North Vietnam I stayed 3 times at Golden Moon Hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful with booking trips. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Breakfast at the 7th floor absolutely delicious. Can recommend Golden Moon Suite Hotel very much. Lily and her team are really great!

의심스럽다
어처구니 멊는 상황발생 비싼옷 방안에 보관..분실요청하였지만 아무답변없어서 화가 나서 경찰요청해서 cctv 확인요청한다고 하니까 그 다음날 옷이 1층에 옷결이에 있다고 함 옷이 발이 달렸나 ...나는 1층 옷장이 어디있는지도 모르는데 ,참고로 옷은 고가품입니다 호텔에서 이런일이 일어나면 곤란하죠 ...빨리 처리해주면 문제 없는일을 경찰신고한다고 하니까 답변해주는것은 무슨 생각인지 의심스럽네요

방 크기가 작고 온수가 충분히 나오지는 않지만 위치와 조식이 좋고 깔끔해서 가성비가 좋아요
위치가 정말 좋았고 조식은 정말 최고였어요. 조식은 15박 여행 다니면서 먹은 호텔들 중에 거의 top3 안에 들었어요. 메뉴판에서 골라서 주문하는데 쌀국수도 맛있고 오믈렛도 맛있고, 팬케이크도 주문할 수 있고 !! 식당에 테이블이 4개 밖에 없지만 한번도 꽉 찬 적 없고 직원분들도 친절하셨어요. 낮에 호텔에서 낮잠을 잘 때 바깥에 빵빵 거리는 소리가 많이 들리긴 했지만 그건 하노이의 특성상 어쩔 수 없던 거였고, 온수는 제가 샤워를 좀 오래 하는 스타일이기는 하지만 샤워 중간에 온수가 다 떨어져서.... 미지근하거나 약간 차가운 물이 나와서 당황스러웠고, 두 사람 연속으로 샤워할 수는 없어서 아쉬웠어요. 방은 제일 저렴한 방으로 해서 정말정말 좁았지만 위치와 조식과 친절한 직원분들 덕분에 괜찮았어요. 바로 옆에 여행사가 있지만 저는 새벽 도착이라 상품 권유를 받지는 않았고, 방에서는 전망이 없었지만 조식 먹으며 바라보는 주변도 좋았어요. 새벽에 도착한다고 미리 도착 시간을 예약할 때 알렸었는데 셔터가 내려져있고 벨을 눌러도 아무도 나오지 않아서 당황스러웠지만 계속 띵동을 누르니 누군가 나왔어요 ; 괜히 죄송한 느낌이 들었지만 전 할만큼 했으니 괜찮았고 그들도 개의치 않아 보였어요. 외관은 약간 허름해보였는데 방 안은 깔끔했고, 화장실, 욕실도 기대했던 것보다 깨끗해서 만족했습니다. 골목 안에 있는데도 아주 약간만 들어가면 금방 찾을 수 있었어요. 바로 앞 분짜닥킴은 결국 먹지 못해서 아쉽네요. 일부러 먹겠다고 찾아오는 사람들도 많던데.. 다른 분들은 꼭 드셔보시길 ! 저는 성요셉 성당도 호안끼엠도 펍스트릿도 모두 걸어다녔어요. 구경거리가 많아서 걸어다닐만 했어요.

가성비로 보자면 탑
가성비 최고입니다. 가격 생각하지 않고 그냥 본다면 불만족스러운 부분이 있을수 있겠지만. 이 가격에 이 정도 숙소는 없을거라 생각되네요. 숙소에서 음식물 섭취 안하시는 걸 추천드립니다. 일주일동안 개미 한마리 볼 수 없었는데 인스턴트 음식 한번 먹었더니 개미떼가 모여 있더라구요.
