Hotel closed: How to obtain refund from Expedia?

Arrived Monday 21 November to find the hotel closed, the door chained up and nobody to help! I had to find another hotel. Then, where, oh, where are the links on the Expedia website to report a problem like this and claim a refund? After considerable effort and going round in circles, I've still been unable to find them. Drop down menus on the website are way too restricted and inflexible for reporting problems. Two reports as feedback have gone unanswered, so now we have a very unhappy customer of Expedia as well as a non-customer of this closed hotel. Hopefully somebody from Expedia will see this and respond!

最先入住的房間, 冷氣機滴水非常嚴重, 幸好前台立刻把房間更換掉, 唯獨每個房間都有陣陣發霉的氣味.

VERGANE GLORIE!!!!!

Ik reis vijf weken door China. Van Peking naar Shanghai. Dit was het minste hotel van mijn reis! Vergane glorie! Versleten tapijt op de vloer, verkleurde (tikkeltje gore gordijnen), vieze ramen, kaal, gammele verlichting, etc. het is het allemaal net niet. Het hotel hoeft allemaal niet voor mij "bling bling" te zijn, maar om nu het gevoel te hebben in een soort intensief gebruikte jeugdherbergkamer te zitten................... Dus volgens mij zijn er in deze prijsklasse aanzienlijk veel betere hotels te vinden. Nu zit ik bijvoorbeeld in een TOP, TOP hotel (Modena) in Shanghai. Voor praktisch dezelfde prijsklasse...........

Hotel in comparison with nearby ones

The price is relatively high in comparison with the overall facility of the hotel. There is no adapter for the usage of AC power transformer (HK type) of electric appliances. The hotel is rather old or say rotten away. It really needs renovation for further accommodation of tourist. On the other hand, receptionists are nice and friendly. They are willing to answer any doubt from the us. The location is very near to the MTR station. It only takes 10 minutes to the hotel. In all, the price does not score the equivalent exception.
