"The most beautiful and enjoyable stay. Hotel is just a year old, the amenities are beautiful. They offer daily cultural experiences like making scent tablets with a master incense maker. Beautiful pool as well although we would’ve enjoyed a warmer pool in early spring. Breakfast amazing, semi- à la carte with a buffet of fruit and pastries. Staff most accomodating as well. I’d really like to come back. The only less desirable thing was when I was loading the car on departure, a staff member came after me for payment of a stock standard canvas shoe bag that I had taken from the room. Those weren’t clearly signposted as for-sale items are usually available to us for taking so it somehow made the experience slightly weird for me especially for the price that we paid. "

"The hotel’s location is fantastic! So close to Westlake and the shopping malls, all within walking distance. Room was clean and the bathroom was nice. Wished the opening hours of the pool was earlier and not 11.30am. "

"Rooms are well thought out and spacious. Overlooking the beautiful scenery of the garden and waterways. Stayed here for 3 nights with my wife and 3 year old. Feeding the fish was a major highlight. The pool and sauna is exceptional to visit. "
