"This place is beautiful and very well maintained. We stayed in a second floor room, so we had access to the balcony and its wonderful views over the gardens to the sea. It is quite a walk to town - they said 20 minutes, but I don't think we could make it in less than 30 - but a cab (no Uber here) is about 7000 pesos each way. We had the hotel set up our tours and that worked out very well. Breakfast was very good, especially at the low, low price of Free."

"It is the tropics, so very warm! We had a hard time sleeping because the fans were insufficient in cooling down the bungalow. It would have been nice to have a window AC unit and blackout curtains to block the afternoon sun. However, the views are amazing and the breakfast was good. The location is convenient and they provide transportation from the airport to the bungalows. The staff was very helpful with suggestions for a guide, which was needed to enter the sites and helped us purchase the...

"Hotel Taha Tai is right on the beach in Hanga Roa Rapa Nui and an easy walk to the town centre and harbour. Carlos and all the staff are very helpful and the beachfront restaurant for breakfast was a highlight"
