Staff were super friendly, they let me check in early, were happy to answer all of my questions, and helped me book a private vehicle to Hanoi upon check out, which worked out to be the most convenient, quickest, and the best price. "We had an amazing overnight stay. The staff were very welcoming, informative and professional. We opted to have dinner in our room (private dining). This was definitely a very rememberable experience with a six course meal. The food for the whole trip was some of the nicest I had. The view from our room was breathtaking. "Our room was perfect. Brand new, well maintained and constructed. Nice view of the bay. The pools were excellent. Facilities were solid and there was a mart on site. Housekeeping staff very nice. Front desk was average. Breakfast was average. Not much in the area so be prepared to take a Grab. Would stay again."
"The cruise was breathe taking. The views and scenery as you sail out through the limestone eyelets in Ha Long Bay was just unbelievable. The staff on the ship were top notch when it come to custom service and making you laugh and smile. From karoke to kayaking, wooden boat trip to cooking class, they made sure you were comfortable and safe. Would recommend this to everyone"
