"The staff was great at check-in and checkout. The room had a smell to it and the bathroom left a lot to be desired, including a fan. The property overall was clean. The room was ok, but the USB outlets didn't work and the toilet had a leak at the seal. If you need a short stay and a room you don't want to spend much time in, this works. It's cheap, safe, and close to the highway and it was quiet."

"Made reservations and read reviews. The reviews weren’t that good but decided to give them the benefit of a doubt. Boy were we wrong. Even one star was too good for what we went through. Paid extra to make sure we had a guaranteed room. We got the room but with broken furniture and old metal screws and staples poking out of the broken items. Asked about another room and was told that was the only one available. Asked for a refund and The man’s words were “it’s a room just stay in there.” We said went just needed a refund and he said let me see if I have something else. Said no we were already aggravated and extremely frustrated. After at least 2 hours we were finally finished. From beginning to the time we left. We went to stay at Best Western. Now that was a very nice hotel. Sorry didn’t get any pictures of the furniture because I figured they would just give us another room right away. "

"The breakfast voucher did confuse my because I didn’t put that there was 2 other people with me so only got one it was my first time reserving a room so it does fall on me other then that the room and pool was great "
