"Old-fashioned and well maintained riad right in the heart of Meknes medina. The room was clean and warm (it was January), albeit the bathroom was small. Fouad was an attentive and accommodating host. Ht arranged dinner in a nearby restaurant and breakfast at the premises. The phone number on the Orbiz confirmation was wrong (what added some nervousness upon arrival in the city), but luckily the charriot man knew where the rian was located. Hope Orbiz is in receipt of the right phone number...

"Excellent accueil de Hassan et de toute son équipe. Amabilité, gentillesse, disponibilité et réactivité sont les qualités de tout le staff. Hassan a été très compréhensif et très honnête lors de mon check-in car il n'avait aucune trace de ma réservation avec hôtel.com. Il n'avait non plus reçu le paiement que j'avais effectué sur le site le 8 Août. "Had a great stay in this lovely riad. Very comfortable and quiet. Really enjoyed the breakfast prepared on my last day by the lady that comes in to the riad - delicious! The only thing was I found it a bit difficult to find in the Medina when I came via a different gate from the instructions when parking. But, otherwise, I loved staying here and hope to come back some day. "

"We had high expectations of our stay at the chateau. Unfortunately we were not allowed to check in. The reservation, which I had prepaid, was not honored. "Très belle chambre dans un beau riad traditionnel, décoration originale, mais les meubles et les sols sont complètement délabrés, la porte de WC/salle de bains ne ferme pas (pas de poignée, encadrement de la porte endommagée), les WC marchent une fois sur deux... Wifi inaccessible dans la chambres et la plupart du temps également dans les parties communes. Le personnel est en revanche très sympathique et à l'écoute."
