For the most part the staff was really friendly, helpful and professional, for the most part. Now, saying all of that, someone in housekeeping put a slight damper on that , by knocking on my door to ask me if I was leaving at 11:00 am, at 9:30, when I had a do not disturb tag on my door. Luckily I was up, or I would have been super mad.
We did find hair in our bed covering, but the staff immediately gave us fresh linen and apologized. AC was nice until it wasn't in the middle of the night, but found out from Google that rooms have motion detectors that cut off the AC at night, which I understand trying to save but it not right.
My major complaint though is that the Hotel kept a $150 hold on my card without my consent, along with the cost of the rooms and said it would fall off in a few days for possible damages charges. I booked my room through Expedia, which show exactly what was supposed to be charge, this is a disrespectful charge if you ask me.
Also parking can be a little tough at times, especially if you have a big vehicle.
