"Parking was very tight especially if you have bigger SUV. We had to unload before parking as we could not open the doors! Basic but clean, pricey for such a basic stay, but that is everything right now. Location great for a ballroom show! "

"I loved the room colors and bedding. The rug was very nice, but needed cleaning. I enjoyed swimming in the pool, but that needed cleaning as well. I would stay there again. "This is a great place to stay off the beaten path enough to avoid the noise from the Main strip. Small yet comfortable and everything you would need with nice outside sitting area on either level. I will be staying here again for sure! Thanks Blue Jay!"

"We booked a room last minute. We had a room with two beds. The room was very clean and the staff was wonderful. The bathroom room was a little small and the shower was small. Overall we would definitely stay here again. Great location."

"What's the old adage? ..."If you don't have anything nice to say...." I normally don't write reviews, but I thought my writing this one might help other travelers. The front desk staff was extremely pleasant and helpful but there is where the positive from my stay ends. Upon my arrival I was informed that my room was located on the 3rd floor, and it required me to lug my luggage and cooler across a gravelly parking lot (my cooler's roller broke during transit) and up three flights of rickety...

"Unique and "classic" beach community vibe, not in the "luxe" category by any means but a fun place and very convenient for all the fun of Hampton Beach. The place works great for us and for most (but not all) people. In our case each year we're not looking for the Ritz but instead an easy and hassle-free way to get to the beach and enjoy Hampton's restaurants, music, and activities."

"There were so many fruit flies or tiny bugs in the room, making it impossible to eat. Also there was no table in the room to eat at. Street traffic was very loud and guests are allowed to smoke right outside the rooms so I couldn’t even open my windows. Definitely won’t be back."
