Beim check-in hat es ca eine Stunde gedauert bis meine Reservierung gefunden wurde und obwohl meine Rechnung ist bereits über Expedia beglichen verlangte der Rezeptionist dass ich das Hotelzimmer zahlen muss . WLAN hat überhaupt nicht funktioniert. das Hotel war in der Nacht telefonisch nicht erreichbar

Pessimo in tutti i suoi aspetti... Pulizia, la reception, cucina e camere... La reception inesistente e non affidabile... Il cambio é solo scritto, ma mai disponibile... Il ristorante... Sporco ovunque, le posate poste alla rinfusa... Tovaglioli di carta e anche insufficienti... Servizio camerieri inesistente... La cucina improponibile x un 4 stelle... La camera....sporca...il letto mai fatto bene con le lenzuola lasciate piegate sul letto... Il bagno con scarsità di asciugamani e bagnoschiuma e shampoo... Il water con il coperchio vagante...poca luce sullo specchio... Silicone ovunque... Colazione praticamente inesistente... Personalmente abbiamo vissuto una settimana a melone e anguria... Quando c'era... E sempre a richiesta.... Esperienza negativa... Hotel da evitare...

Nejhorší hotel co jsem v Tunisku navštívila,personál neochotný,hned při příjezdu na hotel po nás recepční požadoval 300 dolarů,já měla rezervaci z Čr plně placenou a chtěl po nás znovu platbu,to se mi předtím v žádném hotelu nestalo,druhý den se nám jiná paní na recepci omlouvala a řekla že vše je v pořádku...Hotel jsem si vybrala též i kvůli SPA službám na který jsem měla mít 20% slevu každý den i toto se ukázalo jako velký problém...jídlo naprostá katastrofa,měly jsme jen snídaně díky bohu ale to jsem ještě nezažila ve 4 hvezdičkovem hotelu,staré salamy a sýry jen ubohý příděl třech koleček půlek,každý den to samé,stěžovala jsem si řediteli hotelu,slíbil nápravu ale druhý den to bylo to samé,měly tam být švédské stoly,ale jídlo bylo na příděl.Už bych do tohoto hotelu v životě nejela,za mě jeden velký propadák.Jen co bych dala plus byl úklid a příjemná uklízečka,vždy byl pokoj hezky uklizený a čistý.

Hotel proche de la plage de Yasmine Hammamet cependant beaucoup de choses ont été décevantes (propreté de la chambre, WIFI faible). Les repas proposés n'étaient pas très bon.

L'accueil de l'hôtel est appréciable et son personnel est très chaleureux. Il ne faut pas hésiter à demander quoi que ce soit. Pour ceux qui aiment les massages, je trouve que les prestations sont bien meilleures qu'ailleurs. Quelques bémols : 1. pas d'eau à boire dans la chambre le jour de l'arrivée (surtout si elle est tardive) et un seul verre pour 2 ! 2. pour bénéficier d'une serviette (piscine ou hammam) il faut payer 2 dinars ! Pas cher mais ce n'est pas un bon geste. Si la Tunisie veut retrouver un lustre touristique, ce sont ce genre de petits détails qui peuvent faire la différence. Par ailleurs, les tunisiens sont très accueillants et beaucoup plus agréables que les marocains, surtout moins orgueilleux, et, à mon avis , plus intelligents dans l'ensemble. Ce qui dommage, c'est qu'il faut faire attention à ne pas se faire arnaquer pour tout : achat, sortie, taxi, restaurant, bar,.... Faire attention tout le temps ce n'est pas agréable lorsqu'on est en vacances. Cela finit par être agaçant. On peut le comprendre car ils ont besoin de travailler après la crise qu'ils ont connu mais il faut qu'ils fassent attention à ça. Enfin, je n'ai jamais eu le sentiment d'être en insécurité. On peut se déplacer librement et à toute heure avec, bien sûr, les précautions d'usage.

Super hotel

Vraiment un super hotel. Le cadre est très agréable il y a beaucoup de verdure. Les piscines sont grandes et propres. Les employés et les animateurs sont vraiment sympas. A conseiller.

Week-end à Hammamet

Séjour hors période de vacances, l'hôtel était donc calme. Nous avons vraiment apprécié le cadre de l'établissement et la disponibilité du personnel. Nous avions choisi une chambre familiale que nous avons trouvée confortable et spacieuse. Je pense que nous reviendrons à la saison estivale où toutes les activités seront disponibles.

I hope you can contact me to tell you about my bad experience, the food is the worse ever, the hotel does not provide variety of food, they provide the cheapest food ever, very little staff, the chef / cook is really bad, people are very rude, never smile. Don't even think about this Hotel

Excellentes Preis-Leitungsverhältnis, tolles Pool

Außenbereich (Pool, Palmen) ist wunderschön, stilvoll und sehr gepflegt, Atrium und Zimmer sind architektonisch sehr gelungen. Essen (Büffet) ist ganz korrekt. Leider wird an Beleuchtung und Sauberkeit in den Zimmern gespart (Baddichtungen, unterm Bett), trotzdem ist das Hotel gut gefüllt und durchaus zu empfehlen. Hotellteam ist sehr zuvorkommend, Kinderdisko jeden Abend ist super und auch für Kinderlose nicht störend. Die praktische Lage nah an Hafen und Carthageland ist für "nicht All inklusiv-Kunden" ebenfalls positiv hervorzuheben. Sportstudio: naja... ein paar ausgediente Spinnings und sonstige Geräte. Tennisplatz ist nicht wirklich bespielbar, Leihschläger eine Katastrophe.

Tres déçue de l'hôtel, aucune animations pas de wifi, les repas son toujours les meme et aucunement diversifié malgré son personnel tres accueillant l'hôtel est tres tres en dessous de ses 4 étoiles ! Je ne le recommande pas du tout

Empfehlenswertes Hotel für alle Altersgruppen

Obwohl wir in der Wintersaison sind, ist das Hotel gut besucht und wird nicht schlecht frequentiert. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer , Lokalitäten und Innenarchitektur / Design sind modern und ansprechend. Garten und Swimmingpool sind super gepflegt und schön. Das Hotel ist unserer Meinung nach für alle Altersgruppen geeignet. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis der Wintersaison hat meiner Ansicht nach gestimmt. Im Allgemeinen empfehlenswert . Hedi Bannour

Rigtige dårlige sted

Da du indkommer så bliver du beholdet i doren udenfor , til kontrol manden bekræfter at du har bestilttet hotel fra reception så kan du kom ind . Uprofessionel folk i receptionen . De kan ikke bare finde ud af at hotellet var betalalt eller ej , har forklaret det 2 gang at jeg har betalt . Uden velkomment drink eller vand . Har fået et værelse som har udsigt til poolen med masse larm og musik fra kl 10 til kl 23 , så mand kan ikke slap af eller sov i dagtimerne . Har snakket med receptionen om det men desværre bliver ikke til noget , hotellet var full booked . Buffen er det samme til hverdagen , og resten af fodvarer bliver genbrugt til næste måltider . Hotellet er meget brugt og det stinker . Har været ude 3 gang og Spice bare at kommer ude fra det samme scenario . Drikvarer er utrolige dårlige og du får bare ikke som du spørg om fordi 70% at alkohol drik er diluet med vand . Med ultra inclusiv kunde har igen betydning der , baren stopper 5 minutter til23 og så skal du betaler . I Beach baren mand får kun varm cola eller vand serveret , alle andre varer skal købes, så bliver jeg overrasket at selvom du køber all inclusiv formula så skal du betale for drikvarer .utrolige men det er rigtige . Og bliver jeg afvist en gang i Beach baren fordi barmanden synes at jeg har været mange gang og hente noget drikvarer og det var kun den anden gang . 90 % af kundernes af hotellet er russer. Og alle er uden opdragelse ,du bliver skubet og det kender bare ikke quen mentalitet
