Even when we made a mistake and had incorrectly booked our stay, they scrambled to help us get another room, even helping to move our bags. "Very welcoming from the outset. The hotel is located inside the walls of the old town and you cannot drive up to the door of hotel. Parking is available outside of the old town walls. The hotel contacted me to ask when i was arriving and scheduled staff to meet me at my car in a golf cart for a short ride to the hotel with our luggage. "Wat hebben wij heerlijke dagen gehad! Prachtige plek, ruime kamer, heerlijke bedden. Schoon linnengoed en dagelijkse schoonmaak. Op loopafstand van winkels, strand en oude stad. Genoeg restaurantjes in de buurt. Met de ontbijt voucher op onze eigen gewenste tijd eten, dat vond vooral mijn dochter van 15 jaar heerlijk, lekker uitslapen. Buiten een plek om lekker te zitten. "The room was very smaller than I anticipated, so double check the size with their website. The junior room is cramped for 2 people. If you get the bigger room it’s fine. Also, I would recommend the hotel to improve the entry door security (closing properly every time and secure passcode). The noise coming from the open air rock bar could barely be heard with windows closed and we were light sleepers. Other than that the staff very extraordinarily kind and welcoming at every interaction....

The room was spacious, with a huge and very comfortable bed. Only one wardrobe for hanging space, but plenty of drawers and cupboards. The jacuzzi was very comfortable for two - we could not work out how to keep the water heated so had to have it drained twice (there is no plug) so we could add more hot water, but it was lovely to sit in...

"Just Perfect! I honestly couldn't fault this hotel. It is absolutely stunning and the staff could not do more to help you with anything. And the breakfasts! They are to die for...Natalia is a star baker! The location is perfect for exploring the new and old town and the rest of the island but it is an oasis of calm with a stunning garden and lounge pool.
