"We enjoyed an afternoon beverage at the friendly bar. The views of the vineyard were very serene. Sunset was lovely. The weather was not as accommodating for us to sit outside on the patio or the muskoka chairs but we sure wanted to! The hotel was beautiful and clean and the staff were super friendly and kind. We would totally recommend it and would definitely come back."

"Not Pet Friendly at all. Expedia refunded us our reservation, because we didn’t get a check in notification for many hours past check in. The pet friendly rooms entrance is in from the parking lot like a motel with no grass in sight. The outside of the property is not well maintained and looks unsafe. They also make you sign a waiver that pets are not allowed to be left alone in the room."

"Gorgeous newly renovated suite, the nicest room I’ve ever stayed in! Took advantage of a reduced rate upgrade to a full view of the falls and it was spectacular! Comfy beds and pillows led to the best sleep ever… we even bought the pillows!! "The staff is very friendly we were welcomed in by Diana.. Any employee we stopped and asked a question were more then helpful in assisting us. One thing I would request would be a microwave in the room. With room service and all the restaurants around it would be nice to have microwave access for leftovers.."

"Amazing place to stay. The customer service was excellent. The rooms and all areas we could see were clean and well maintained. Upon arrival, the gentleman at the front desk helped us to our room after giving us tons of information about the surrounding area. He was sociable and made us feel very welcome. Again, the rooms are clean and housekeeping comes in daily unlike similar hotels. All the staff we encountered were kind and welcoming, I would highly recommend staying at the Kings Inn...
