"just outdated"

"We would definitely return. The beds are comfortable and hotel located in a quiet area."

"Breakfast was no great coffee awful. Place could use a makeover but clean. Staff at front desk was great."

"Nice facility. Great location. Good breakfast!"

"We enjoyed our stay, rooms are clean and the shower was great! We really like the Spark ! Definitely recommend!"

"Not the nicest Hyatt I've stayed in. The room was clean, but the toilet intermittently ran or would not flush and the room door did not auto close. You really had to intentionally pull it. Not very safe if you are traveling alone. Didn't mention either to the staff. They were either not available, or seemed generally uninterested in completing their jobs. A simple smile and good morning is always a great way to start the day."

"Well my car was stolen right out of the parking lot and they refused to let the officer who was filing the police report review the cameras. So I would say the place is pretty unrecommendable."

"The room was fairly clean in the bedroom area. The bathroom wasn’t very clean and was rusty in some areas in the shower. The TV didn’t work, direct tv issue. A bit disappointed but may have just been a one time occurrence."

"Nice clean room , hot showers and comfortable beds."

"Front desk person made the experience better. But the rooms are pretty worn down and tired. Beds smelled. Hair throughout room."

"Well you get what you pay for well..."
