Nikolai is an excellent hotel in a marvelous location. The staff is courteous and did everything to make us feel at home. The Superior room with the bath tub fits 2 people :-) and is very nice for a warm relaxing bath with a person close to you. I warmly recommend Nikolai.

Great hotel. Great breakfast. I selected this hotel as it was near Miniature Wunderland which was the purpose of my visit to Hamburg It is only 5 minutes walk, crucial if you have a timed ticket that limits when you can get in I didn’t know that there is a hotel Of the same chain in Vienna which is on my tour. I would have stayed there The bed is fantastic. It is so comfortable

Elegant hotel

Very elegant hotel - we got room 705 and stayed there for 1 night - check in was quick and service was good - room was elegantly decorated - bathroom with bathtub and seperate shower with good products from loccitane. The only downside is parking is 3 min drive from the hotel and 5 min by foot back to the hotel

Lovey room with a very comfortable bed. Reception is located out of the main entry so you rarely see the staff. Didn’t partake in the breakfast as it was too expensive. Reasonable coffee at the bakery on the next corner. Only real downsides is that the minibar doesn’t have any room for personal items and the shower leaks water onto the floor in the walk way. Those aside I would highly recommend
