I like this hotel and its handy location next to the central station. Old-style and not trying to be fancy or modern. Real people caring for you. It’s just a shame they have removed the plug from the bath tub, so you can only shower

"The location is unbeatable—right across from Hamburg Central Station. As it was my first trip to Germany, the easy access to public transport made exploring the city a breeze. No car needed! The station has a great supermarket and plenty of eateries. Just a heads-up: there’s no fridge or AC in the room. It wasn't an issue for my early April visit, but I’d recommend staying here during the cooler months. I would definitely return!"

Perfect location for any traveller, exactly opposite the Hamburg central station. Fantastic location for tourists to access the metro, train, busses and the day trip tourism busses. The breakfast buffet also had some good food including some hot food options. Overall i enjoyed my stay at the Garner hotel.

The location was perfect but the room was without any heater on (couldn't get started no matter what) According to the stuff member I talked with, all the rooms were the same. But another stuff member said that it should not be like that ..., when I checked out. All the stuff member should have the same quality of the service. Also it took me like 20 minutes to check in, because of the problems they hade before my guests. As said, the location is perfect but the hotel was not for me. Unfortunately.

Praktisk om man vill ha nära till centralstationen. Några rum renoverade andra inte. Sjukt varmt på rummet. Fick vänta 40 minuter på in-checkning. Dock beroende på stort obokat sällskap innan.
