Good hotel but bar could be better.

Good size super clean & quiet room. Lift was useful. Also. a sizable bathroom with shower over the bath. Bar area felt like sitting in a dentist waiting room so we didn't go there. Not far for the underground so great for cutting around town.

Could have been better.

The area is good lots of restaurants and pubs around the area. Public transportation is also nearby the hotels. Hotel room is a bit small, after showering the place is flooded.

Great location between two train stops. Lots of restaurants nearby. Very walkable. There is road noise, but that didn't bother us. Staff were very friendly. We had breakfast there two of our days. Plenty of options (even for vegans!)

Lula from the front desk night shift was very kind and informative. She helped us with the air conditioning system and showed us how to open the windows in different ways. The buffet was very good. We only enjoyed it one day because of the $20 price per person. It would be good to secure the loose tiles at the bottom of the left stairs when exiting the front door.

I stay at this hotel regularly since it’s in the neighborhood I used to live in and I genuinely really like this hotel. The beds are super comfortable, the rooms are quiet and modern. The staff is always exceptional. My only critique: The smell from the pipes in the bathroom is very bad - I understand this comes from city pipes but i’m sure something can be done about it. It’s really hard to tolerate, especially in rooms that don’t have a closed off bathroom. This same smell happens almost every time I stay here. Additionally, there were a lot of things that needed improvement in my room - The curtains were very dirty, as was the lampshade. The towel hanging radiator in the bathroom was very rusty and I didn’t want to put my towels to dry on there. I really hope this hotel listens to this feedback because I would love to keep coming back.
