Good hotel with good price

Hotel had good service, was very clean, and presented a great price. The location was good but not great. I would stay here again if the price was right. Personally, I really like this brand and I like the style. It’s a comfortable place. It is very convenient to the train and it is near the central station.

Ideal stay, central Hamburg

Great hotel, simple but clean and modern. Comfortable, short walk to S bahn and 2 stops to middle of the city. Staff were excellent.

Friendly staff and easy access to the city

Cool hotel with friendly staff and nice rooms, just a bit small. Easy access to the city with train and subway. We found the breakfast too expensive and did not eat at the hotel. A pity that the small outdoor areas were smoking areas and there were not really any places nearby to sit outside in the evening.

The moxy hotel hamburg appears to be a good choice for the time frame. Unfortunatly due to the short spark of enjoyable hospitality, the friendly grstures have been oposed with inconvenient commentary and insuffincies in client maintainance, uncommon for marriott bonvoy hotels, especislly while claiming "to be a different category", in american hospitality an inconvenience, decreasing expectations for the best possible stay. The hotel itself was ok. Room was clean and had a comfortable stay. Where the hotel is located is where it fails me. Its sorrounded by road constructions. There was also an event in the lobby upon check in, music was loud and could barely hear what the staff was saying. Not really the ideal first impression.

Had a very pleasant stay. The rooms and property are well maintained, and staff is very helpful. Not too far from the train and downtown is very accessible from here. There's a large supermarket down the road and a few restaurants for dining options. The only inconvenience we had was there is construction everywhere around the city and it was dusty. Also, lots of pedestrian and traffic rerouting. Hotel has a gym which was great for people who like to work out. Overall, it was decent and it has a pretty interesting decor and vibe.

The hotel was a nice experience overall. The food is good and the staff are helpfull. The bed was uncomfortable. The matrass kept sliding and was resting on a flat surface with no springs or anything to make it feel softer. Woke up with back pain. Location is good with a close metro stop to get to the city centre. Parking is good but quite expensive.

The hotel itself is fairly new and is great - nice big beds, spacious rooms. Powerful shower. The bar area downstairs is great, they serve breakfast and food there but we didn't eat. My only issue is they advertise having air conditioning - however in reality its just an air purifier - we we told this by a staff member when we went to complain that our AC didn't seem to be working. Had I known this I wouldn't have chosen this hotel. My partner and I have. AC in our room at home, as we like the room to be cold. We struggled to sleep here, as we were too hot - even with the window open. The area was nice, close to a train station where you could go to/from the airport and anywhere else you needed.

The hotel itself has a good standard and a good location. Unfortunately couldn’t the staff in reception care less about the customers. When check in I told them about a feil in my room- by check out after 5 days it wast fixed. In addition we had a “lost and found case” they didn’t care about. After nagging for 3 days we got our jacket back.

Cold room - too weak AC to heat the room in a few

I arrived in the evening. The ground floor room I received was freezing. Due to construction, it also had a huge dumpster right in front of my window. I turned on the AC. It was so weak that it could not heat the room in a few hours. I asked to change the room, but no room was available. I was told that the AC is not broken, but this is how it is in all rooms. Apparently, it was limited to save the hotel costs. You can ask a technician during the daytime to make it work better. It is the first time I am not happy with this hotel. The Staff was very nice, but could not solve the problem. They offered me a free breakfast, which was nice. Still, I prefer paying a few euros more and not freeze at night. It's kind of a basic request from a hotel...

We are Hilton Diamond level. We found ourselves in Hamburg to go on a cruise and there was no availability at the Hilton. We decided to roll the dice and stay here. The staff were an 11 out of 10. Every interaction with them was awesome. We mistakingly printed our cruise form on double sided and needed it printed single sided. The hotel does not have a 'business center' but they said, email what we need printed to them. It was done immediately. We were stupid typical Americans and forgot that electrical outlets are not universal :) They were considerate enough to lend us an adaptor for no charge. Our luggage was lost by BA and I told the staff that they may be delivered. The staff asked if we wanted to be texted or called when the luggage arrived. Just the smallest nicest touch! We did not get the breakfast option and that worked out for us. We did use the bar/food service and was pleasantly surprised at the reasonable cost. For other Americans out there, imagine what a 8 Buffalo Wing and Fries would cost at a Hilton. It was 9 euros. It was also damn good! We wound up having that twice during the 3 days we were there! The location of the hotel is about a five minute walk to the Berliner Tor train station. About 1000' past the station is a huge grocery store, Kaufland. Now, the room, ok, it was small compared to US Hiltons. It was typical for EU rooms. We liked the automatic floor lights.
