I like how close this hotel is to the cruise terminal. I liked that there is a grocery store next to it. I did not like that the main entrance of the hotel and both entrances to their restaurant is not accesible for wheelchair users. I liked how spacious our room was and our bathroom however the shower is not wheelchair accessible.
Staff is very friendly. Hotel is located about a 20 minute drive from the cruise port. There is nothing around here. So don’t expect to see Hamburg unless you are wanting to take transit back into the city. Hotel rooms are a bit dated. The shower in the bathroom was small. But the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Good location for cruisers catching cruise from Hamburg.
Is a amazing place , is a bit far away from the Center , but if you are looking for peace and some private and quiet hotel , this is the best option. We loved the food was delicious in the breakfast, also the staff very nice .
The building in general is pretty so so, but I was pleasantly surprised by my room. It was great, lovely room and with a fridge and A/C!
Unfortunately, the location is horrible, even more so with the train station closed.
Overall nice given our purpose for the stay (a pit stop). Though it would’ve been nice if the cleaning staff didn’t open our door at 9 in the morning and wake us up
The worst hotel in town. For 140€/night hotel they will request from you 150€ additional insurance for 1 night. And when you make check in they don’t mention and after they tell in the midnight. Also when you don’t give it they won’t accept you will go for a room. Terrible story
Me and my family are often staying at the Leonardo Nuremberg and Frankfurt and they're very okay, this one in Hamburg was unfortunately totally worthless. The location is far our of any habitable and or interesting area, which is okay if you're just passing through. But first the reservation was messed up (they didn't booked for my stepson, only for the two adults) for which the staff blamed Expedia (somehow that never happens normally). The room we got was clearly smoked in, smelled horrible, the shower door doesn't close which causes a flooding in the shower/bathroom. The parking facilities are shabby and not very safe. But to top it off they literally closed the hotel bar in front of our noses while we were actually looking for a seat... Wow.... On checkout it turned out the staff hadn't given us the right parking instructions so I got a ticket (which upon complaining, the morning staff shift agreed to solve)... Just skip this one and find another Leonardo Hotel. This one isn't worth the hassle...
Man läuft ca. 10min.
