Unser Zimmer wat sehr sauber, sehr komplett eingerichtet und einfach schön (vor allem auch die Dachterasse). Der absolute Topper war das Frühstück. Dafür muss man sich einfach Zeit lassen. Alles was das Herz begehrt wurde angeboten und die Bedienung war auch sehr freundlich. Das Hotel hat dazu beigetragen das wir ein unvergessliches verlängertes Wochenende in Hamburg hatten.

Flot hotel - gode omgivelser

Rigtig fint hotel i en flot stil. Ligger i et lidt afsides område af Hamburg så der var ikke meget larm og det er virkelig flot og hyggeligt. Området har mange lækre spisesteder. Vi parkerede gratis lige uden for hotellet.

When I arrived, there was only one set of pillows, blanket and towels even though I booked a double room. The room had a weird smell, the bathroom had mold. The shower head did not quite fit into the holder, so taking shower was also an unpleasant experience. I was highly disappointed.

Great Neighborhood

Nice quiet hotel in the heart of a great neighborhood full of restaurants and shops in walking distance. Room was small but comfortable. Internet was out during my stay but fortunately I was just passing through.

Leider unerwartet ein ganz schlechter Aufenthalt. Das Hotel wurde u.A. wegen des Parkplatzes gebucht, um der angespannten Parksituation zu entgehen. Der Parkplatz war komplett besetzt, Parkplatzsuche in der Gegend eine Katastrophe. Beim Einchecken wurde mein Schweizer COVID pass (international gültig) nicht anerkannt, da die Kombination aus Genesung und anschließender 1-facher Impfung nicht bekannt war. Erst nach langer Diskussion konnten wir einchecken. Das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss hat eine Fensterfront durch die man direkt auf eine Mauer in 50cm Entfernung schaut, der Himmel ist nur zu erahnen. Alles in allem leider ein sehr enttäuschender Aufenthalt

disappointing experience.

The experience was disappointing. Upon arrival, there was a huge spider in the room. The floor in the bathroom had blue stains from the cleaning gel. The stains were there even after 3 nights of our stay which means no one cleaned the bathroom while we were there. When we returned to the hotel at 11 pm on our last night, we didn't have ANY towels, the reception was closed and we couldn't reach anyone. That never happened to me before even in 2* hotels. That is unacceptable experience for a hotel which claims to have 4 stars.
