Service in the reception was very friendly and fast. Nice breakfast with many specialities. Lobby area is comfortable and open with seating. Nice idea to have a self-service market in the lobby instead of minibar.

The room was one of the best designed I have been in. The lighting is amazing . The bathroom is large and easy to use. There is a lot of natural light from large windows. Lots of storage and a great use of clothes hooks. There are wonderful bakeries nearby and a full supermarket nearby.

Lovely hotel, clean and new. Staff helpful and friendly. In between 2 stations 5 minute walk and 10 minute walk. Not the greatest walk from Hamburg City late at night.
