Amazing location, great rooms

Fantastic place. Location right on the heart of the Reeperbahn, busy bar downstairs but does not disturb you in your room. Rooms are perfect, comfy beds, bathroom, storage space. Our view overlooked the Reeperbahn. If you're heading to Hamburg and want to be where all the action is then this is the perfect place for you. Really good value and the staff at the front desk were really friendly. Would highly recommend.

The staff were very nice and helpful but the property is old and needs to be renovated. Very noisy area, the music in the restaurants plays very loudly and until 2-3 o'clock in the morning.

Great room. Loved the food market.

Very nice room and friendly staff. The hotel was across the street from an open air food market (at night), where we had dinner, and which we very much enjoyed. Glad we stayed there.

Good location for meeting friends

Very good location for meeting up with the others in my travel club staying nearby. I was happy to receive an upgrade too. The breakfast is also very good with a large selection of food. I'll be staying there again in a few days. Very good windows that blocked out the noise from the street and bars.

Stayed for 3 nights, 16th to 19th July with a Friend, have not been to Germany since 1988 when I was on an exchange trip as a child. Staff were very helpful, Peter at reception was very friendly and helpful. If I come back to Hamburg, I would stay here again.

I was slightly surprised with the location as I wasnt aware of the area the hotel was in. The pictures I saw online implied that I would be staying in a large room. The staff were so nice and friendly. So hospitable and polite. The room was nice, and did the job. The train ststions are only a few minutes away from the hotel and there's local shops in case you want to grab a snack or drink. Overall, I really enjoyed my time there. I felt safe for the most part.

Great location, near friends and the Reeperbahn

My second 2-night stay within a week. Had a standard double room with 2 twin beds (last time I was upgraded to a business room) but it's was plenty big enough for me. This stay I was facing the back so very little noise from the Reeperbahn area - just the garbage/recycling trucks in the morning but I was already awake. Great breakfast!!

Budget hotel

Cheap, basic and clean place to stay for a night. Staff was very friendly. Area is party central and next to lots of night time entertainment, if that is on your agenda. Its a short walking distance to some nice areas and the river, but the location itself felt seedy. Whole hotel smells like smoke even though the room was non smoking. Room and beds are tiny, even for a twin.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. The accomodation was good, my room was always clean. However, I should've informed myself more about the area. I would descibe it as a red destrict in Hamburg. The hotel is located in a very lively, crowded and slightly noisy area. So if you're not a fan of night life, clubbing and rather prefere calm nights, i suggest you find another hotel. But other than that, the hotel is in 5 min. walk away from public transport.

Excellent staff! Breakfast a little expensive but very good. There is a grocery store less than a football field away though. Plan accordingly because rooms do not come with a fridge. Laundry service is no longer an option but a dry cleaner is a 5 min walk away. Great location! If you enjoy watching football this is your spot! If you’re here during Euro Cup, you’ll have a great time but maybe bring some ear plugs if you plan to sleep before 0200. Would definitely come back.

It’s located in the best place in the city! The days I’ve spent there was quite hot and they don’t have AC (still can’t wrap my mind on the fact that a property like this won’t invest in AC). Had to sleep with the windows open but that didn’t worked either because of the noise… lesson learned!
