"We stayed here 6 years ago and had an amazing stay so we were hoping it was still as good and it was, I actually thought the reception staff were much nicer this time. Rooms are just fabulous and super clean, pool area is so lovely and they do the best dirty martinis :) Honestly this place is one of my favourites !"

"We spent the weekend here and had a lovely stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the hotel felt clean and comfortable. Easy to find and park. The spa was a really spacious, relaxing, and well maintained. The only minor downside was the view from our room, although that’s not really something the hotel can control. We were also a little disappointed that the spa appeared to close an hour earlier than expected on the Saturday evening. It’s possible I may have misunderstood...

"Parking was very limited so it was a gamble to find parking. Staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was very yummy. The room was very clean, however it was showing wear and tear, the lights coming from the walls next to the beds, both looked like they had been hit and moved, one was coming out of the wall. Of the small bed lights only one worked. The bunk beds only have foam mattresses rather than real mattresses - grumpy kids equals bad day."

"Useful hotel stay for a single night whilst in the area. Didn’t spend lots of time there. Limited vegetarian / vegan breakfast options We stayed in mid June and noticed lots of moths throughout the property."

"I liked the leisure complex which was obviously built more recently than the hotel. Lovely pool and steam room. The gardens were also lovely- you can sit out and have a drink- great when the weather is sunny.?handy for Aldershot and nearby army venues"
