"We got upgraded to a bigger room and was welcomed by a paranomic view. The hotel location is just 8mins walk to the Hamamatsu station. Amenities were a 9/10 due to the fact that we are provided those small bottles of shampoo, body lotion etc which may not be so environmental friendly."

They had sprayed a great deal of 'Freshener', probably to cover up the smell from 'Smoke', even though the property is supposed to be smoke free. "部屋が広く清潔感がありとても過ごしやすかったです。 駐車場、フロント、食堂どのエリアのスタッフも気持ちよいご対応で満足しました。 朝食はうなぎ飯や浜松餃子を始めたくさんの種類があって美味しかったです。 ちょうどホテル近くの浜松城桜祭りの時期だったのでチェックアウト前に散歩もできとても楽しい旅の締めくくりができました。"
