Excellent staff: Theresa took excellent care of us with getting nice tables, SPA, etc. Hung took extra care to handle our luggage, checkout, exchange money, and all questions. "Our stay at Bamboo Village Beach Resort was absolutely wonderful! The beach was stunning, clean, calm, and perfect for relaxing or taking a walk at sunset. The pool area was just as beautiful, with plenty of space to unwind and enjoy the view. Breakfast each morning was delicious, offering a wide variety of fresh and tasty options. Most importantly, the staff were exceptional, always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. We truly loved our time here and can’t wait to come back again soon!"

"Wonderful beachfront little property in the center of Mui Né with all services around. Room and furniture are older but well-maintained and comfortable. The 2 ladies taking care of the place are lovely and doing a really good job at maintaining the grounds and the pool. Infinity pool is really nice, long enough to do laps if you are a swimmer and the water is clean and clear. Breakfast was wonderful with table service compared to the disappointing one I had the day before at a supposedly 4-star property. So, overall, really impressed for a 2-star property. The reviews and ratings did not lie."

"The location, food available and staff were fantastic. The pool is nice and pleasant and so was our room (Double Sea-View). Shops and other restarants/bars nearby. It is a perfect hotel to unwind and relax with plenty of loungers available on the private beach. Võ Bích Thùy, who works in the Waterlily restaurant, was a great waitress! Her friendliness and enthusiasm was awesome, and she warned me away from having a raw fish dish one night (I wasn't aware it'd be raw) so is aware that whats suitable for some nationalities may not be okay for others. There were very few British guests at Hoang Ngoc Resort, and this, for us, was a bonus. It was a very pleasant escape for 9 nights and extremely good value for money. Although it is a 3.5hr drive, the hotel provides a modern air-conditioned transfer taxi with a safe and experienced driver who collected us and took us back to Saigon for only £60 each way! The gardens are exceptionally lovingly maintained and a brilliant addition to the Resort. The tropical fish, birds, and butterflies are all lovely and make the morning walk from the rooms to the pool/beach an absolute delight. All in all it provided great value for money and a wonderful escape from the thriving hustle and bustle of Saigon."
