"Don’t bring a cat - there’s no room to swing it in the bedroom. And the TV was comically small. That being said, it was clean and tidy and the food excellent. Staff also very friendly."

The only small criticism was that there was a lack of comfortable space away from the restaurant space and bar but as we were only staying one night this didn’t matter too much. The breakfast was excellent and the bar food,whereas it was well prepared, was a little limited in choice. We would however stay again."

"This property is advertised as a hotel and bistro which I would take issue with. There is a hotel and bistro sign outside but it is not a hotel and really serviced rooms and should advertised as such. Each room has a separate key lock box to check in. We were not provided with any code and had to depend on the pub next door which appears to have nothing to do with the property. They provided telephone number for the owner who apologised and advised that she had forwarded this information to...

"This is a lovely old pub in the middle of Warwick on Eden. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was cosy and clean and the bed was very comfortable. We stayed one night as we were heading to Scotland. We had a lovely evening meal, which I had pre booked. We had the flat iron steak which was cooked to perfection. Breakfast the following morning was equally as good, and freshly cooked to order."

"Recently refurbished, rooms were clean and fresh and kept the original features of the property. Bathroom was lovely and bath a great size although did miss the option of grabbing a quick shower. Bathroom needs a blind or curtain please otherwise stunning room."
