โรงแรมใกล้อารีน่าฮัลตัน, Charlotte

"We chose this hotel strictly because of the hot tub offering. It takes us 12 hours to get to Charlotte from north of Tampa due to many stops as a result of body pain. This is the only hotel in Charlotte that has hot tub in a large setting. The heated year-round pool was definitely a benefit to staying at the hotel. The housekeeping staff is kind, intuitive and helpful."

"The property was beautiful and clean the staff was so nice !"

"The front desk were very polite and helpful. They throughly explained all the amenities and stayed in communication when we needed something. The lobby area was clean and spacious. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Sheets and towels were neatly folded. Also plenty of parking."

"Muy buen hotel"

"Hotel needs renovation badly. Stained wallpaper and smelled of smoke. Card keys to room didn’t work multiple times ended up being locked out of our room for 45 minutes at 11:00 pm. We had to sit in the lobby waiting for the maintenance guy to arrive and fix the door. Past two Hampton Inn’s have been very disappointing, unfortunately."

"I enjoyed cleaning room and peacefulness. I did not like the fact that the Expedia site stated there's a hot tub at the location but there was not."

"Parking and breakfast"

"The hotel was convenient to my activities. The room was clean. There was only one working elevator. They will be serving breakfast in the future. It was a decent stay fir the weekend."

"Under renovation, room was clean but that was the only positive about the stay. Rude staff"

"Ooo"

"Room was not the cleanest, mattress was lumpy and made noise when you turn over, walls were paper thin, place reeked of marijuana. Didn’t sleep well. Paint on ceiling was peeling. Coffee was good. Didn’t try the breakfast."

"Had a couple problems with the WiFi an an Netflix also the upstairs conditions or than that the place was great "

"This room was walking distance to the track. I will use this hotel for every race I go and watch."

"Front desk friendly. Room not ready 2 hours after check in time. Room we reserved not available. Staff said site had been overbooked. We were given smaller room but not compensated for change. Breakfast buffet was a pitiful joke. 2 hours before the end of service, there was no hot food and limited other choices. We had to send out to nearby restaurant for breakfast"

"Nice hotel nice staff"
