"I have stayed at the property before. It seems like they just do not clean very well. There was only 1 coffee pack and it was decaf. The property needs to be repaired in many areas. A/C cooled, but cycled off often, making the room uncomfortable during the night. No hot water in the shower."
"This is a very clean and comfortable place at a great price point. The best thing is the really sweet couple running the place. It's an old property but for the price it is safe, clean and what you need for a couple good nights of sleep. I came here for a marathon in Shiner so it was a good location. It's near HEB and a few interesting towns like Luling and Gonzalez on the fringe of hill country. "
