Dear Guest, Apologies the wifi was not working this is unfortunately something that was out of our control, however, this has now been rectified. Our guests use the multi-storey car park as we are a town centre hotel. I am sorry to hear we did not meet your expectations on this occasion.

Dear Guest, Thank you for your lovely in-depth review. I am delighted to hear you enjoyed the breakfast and the service, as well as finding the room to be of great size with a comfortable bed. As we are a town centre hotel we are restricted with parking, however, the car park is 2 streets from the hotel for our guests to use. As we are a Grade II listed building being in the town centre, there is street noise, however if you stay with us again ask for a room at the rear of the hotel which takes some of the street noise away. Once again thank you for your lovely 8/10 review. We hope to welcome you back in the near future.

I am aware we offered you a choice of 2 rooms, another executive which was located on the same floor or alternatively a superior which was on the second floor which were declined.
