"I loved my time here. I stayed in a traditional Japanese style room which was a great experience. The view from my room was amazing! The staff were friendly and helpful and my room was clean. There’s a shuttle bus that goes from the hotel to Hakone-Yumoto station but I didn’t use it so can’t comment but that is helpful as 3/4 of the walk to the hotel is fine and easy but the last 1/4 of the way is a pretty steep incline. I was only carrying a backpack so it wasn’t bad. The highlight though was...

"子連れ2家族と友人の計5名で宿泊しました。 チェックインでこちらの不手際がありかなりご迷惑をおかけしたのにも関わらずオーナーさんはとても丁寧に対応してくださり本当に感謝です。ありがとうございました。 2024年にオープンされたとのことで、まだ新しく、更に宿の設備は全て最上級のもの(バルミューダの炊飯器、レンジ、トースター、高級IHやシンク等々)。 宿には天然温泉もあり、お風呂は洗い場も含めて広々。 ベビーベッドやバウンサー、オムツ用ゴミ箱なども準備してくださっており、ベビーにも優しくとても素敵な1泊2日を過ごせました。 私は産後初の旅行だったのですが、こんな素敵な宿泊ができると思っておらず本当に感激いたしました。 また絶対リピートさせてもらいたいと思います。"

"The hotel is beautiful nestled up in the mountains. The grounds are beautiful but unfortunately we did not get to explore much due to the rain. The staff were helpful especially after we left behind one of our luggages and they were able send it to our next destination. It’s quiet and a wonderful place to relax. The onsen and warm

"Overall good stay, the garden was a high light to walk around at night. Ukulele class at hotel lobby was fun. Swimming pool, water park was packed. Hotel offered ice-cream machine for free and need to take a token from reception but we didn’t know until the day we checked out. Need to see the sign next to the machine, did not look as not too kin on sweet but my children love, wish we knew earlier or was given a token when check in would be more useful. Hotel off ¥5606 for food order as platinum member but was given a VIP lounge pass, it was nice but we do not drink alcohol, food was limited snack but no to our taste, spaces was full when we wen first evening. I prefer cash credit for food order in the future. Thanks"
