For our VIP access perks, we were not offered the free bottle of wine upon check-in but when we went to check out and inquired about it, they were more than happy to offer it. We were not offered any VIP room upgrade either unless what we got was already an upgrade? (Booked superior one bedroom and got exactly that). "Great location the unit has all required for a great holiday. The balcony was bathed in sunshine with a view of the river lovely just to sit and read a book.The comment about parking correct if you had a larger car but not a problem with off street parking available.

"A lovely modern property with great rooms. If there is one small criticism it’s the beds. They are very soft and luxurious with memory foam toppers but we prefer a firm bed without the topper so it was a bit warm. The room was lovely and warm even in the middle of winter. Will stay again "
