"The entire experience was flawless! We opted to Valet Park which was cheap considering local parking rates. The bags were taken from the car and although our room wasn’t ready we were given access to the Pool and Sauna. Once we actually checked in we were welcomed with a greeting card and some bubbles… they obviously read the notes about our anniversary! We went out to a concert, came back late and noticed actual turndown service with a little chocolate and water. The next morning ordered room service Benedict and was a nice snack for two and excellent coffee. Called for car and bags. Left blown away at the professionalism and genuine interest from ALL staff. We will return. So luxurious "

"We had a fantastic stay at Meriton Suites Herschel Street. The room was absolutely spotless on arrival, with fresh linen and a beautifully presented bathroom. The suite felt modern, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were professional, welcoming and courteous from check-in to check-out. They were happy to assist with any questions and made the whole experience seamless. The amenities were also a highlight — the pool and gym were well maintained, and the location was perfect for exploring Brisbane CBD. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would definitely return!"
