A really delightful hotel. The hotel was beautifully decorated, perfectly clean and the breakfast was fantastic. The staff spoke excellent English and went the extra mile to be friendly and helpful - a special mention to Van Anh who was really lovely! An easy walk from the railway station. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay here as a group of 12 adults! The hotel staff were some of the friendliest I’ve ever encountered and the hotel was so lovely and cosy. The breakfast selection was excellent, and we enjoyed the extensive bar menu on multiple evenings. Many of our party loved the pool area too to relax and escape from the hot humidity. Would definitely recommend this hotel to any traveler.

We stopped in Haiphong for one night before we departed on a Ha Long Bay cruise. Manoir des Artes was the best hotel we could have asked for. The staff was incredibly kind, the food was great in the restaurant and the tv even had Netflix (which was great as we just wanted a chill night in after traveling). I can’t recommend it enough! The property was also much cuter than we expected, the lobby is adorable!

Exceptional hotel located within easy walking distance to eateries, shopping and tourist attractions. We did not use the pool on our stay but it was beautiful and clean. The breakfast was great and the staff were so lovely. Our room was spacious and clean. The shower was hot and well pressured and I adored our Juliet balcony with a wonderful view. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning and I would not hesitate in recommending it.

Tremendous staff

Tremendous service from entire staff—shoutout to Hien for help with numerous logistics around touring, also interesting conversations about food and culture. Great location with plenty of restaurants in the immediate area; short walking distance from center of city. Excellent breakfast including fare from various breakfast traditions. Very thoughtful. Kept an eye on my comfort at every turn. Highly recommended.

We checked in very late, and were not helped with our luggage. No food options availabile, and had to walk for 10 mins to get to a convenience store. Needed a kettle to clean medical equipment, but kettle in room had a plug that didn't fit any of the sockets(!) - not fun having to sort that out at midnight!! Hotel just felt a bit tired and I appreciate that the check-in guy was not thrilled with us arriving at 11pm, but we were exhausted after a 7 hour road journey, so it would have been nice to have had a warmer welcome and no problems with the kettle etc. Breakfast was nice and morning staff more friendly.

(When you take the key, the air conditioner turns off too). Luckily the night porter Hieu gave an extra key, and fan to cool it. He also helped get us easy tickets to Cat Ba, and basically saved our stay! We ended up loving the pool oasis! The breakfast was very good, the Gentlemens lounge drinks were OK, dinner we tried 1 night, also very good. Restaurants, cafes and markets in walking distance, though better food a quick taxi drive away. Can totally recommend!
